Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the people and services that help us run this website and respond to you:
- GoDaddy, our website hosting provider, and Zoho, our e-mail provider
- Google, for Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
- Cloudflare, for the Turnstile security check on our forms
- Google, which delivers website fonts and receives your IP address when your browser requests them
- our team at our office in Surat, India, where needed to answer your enquiry
- professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it
Some of these services and our Surat office are outside the UK. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on the protections that UK data protection law requires for that transfer. You can ask us for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related e-mails for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep them longer. We keep job applications only for as long as we need them to consider your application, and for any period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do so unless we must keep it.
